Before we get started our team may request some documents and a meeting with you, your clients or your advisories. 2. Application and settlement

Once you receive a conditional approval, our team will work with you and a range of professional parties, ie: accountants, legal teams, property managers and valuers, to help you prepare for your loan application. Advice on choosing the right team, property assessments through to settlement, Cube will guide you through the whole process.

3. Review and ongoing support

Congratulations, you’ve been approved, but our job is not done yet. Following the settlement, Cube's dedicated team will contact you to ensure your loans are set up and charged correctly. We offer continued support throughout the lifetime of your loan – from reviewing interest rates, switching to new products or placing you with options that put your business first.
